This class qualifies the student to obtain the Tennessee Handgun Carry Permit. The class runs 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm on both Wednesday June 17 and Thursday June 18.

The first portion of the class coves the laws and regulations for carrying a firearm in Tennessee.  The second portion of the class covers firearm safety and shooting fundamentals.  A written examination is given where a passing score of 70% must be obtained.  The final portion is shooting range qualification where 70% is required to pass.

Class cost is $70 which includes materials and use of a firearm and ammunition for qualification.
