This 8 hour training program qualifies the students for the Tennessee Enhanced Handgun Carry Permit with reciprocity if 39 states.
The first portion of the program is classroom instruction on the laws required for handgun carry in Tennessee and the fundamentals of shooting a handgun. A written test and passing score of 70% are required to pass this portion.
The second portion is range training and live fire qualification. A shooting qualification score of 70% is required to qualify for the permit. Class materials, firearms and ammunition is provided in the course fee.
